still fasting

I will continue the fast throughout the day my clothes got bigger . I hope i lose more by time i wake up. so far 1 lb. i will see tomorrow.

been fasting for for 16 hours now. I will fast for 29 days til june 1st. i been slacking but i'm going to do it today 100% juice and a smoothie for dinner.

i had two 100 calories bars and i had a 60 calorie smoothie. now for monday ... day 2 under 300

i cheated but not really 28 days left

day two of my fast and i cheated i had 2 pieces of wigh watchers chocolate candy that was 90 calories. well so today a hot chocolate 160 calories a light and fit smoothie 60 calories and 2 weight watchers 90 = 310 tomorrow i will exercise it off. huh 28 days left.

beakfast i will finish i diet cranberry juicce i didn't finish yesterday. I poured 16 ounces in a cotainer to carry with me and i only dranked 8 ounces. so that was 10 calories today carmel hot chocolate and a light and fit yogurt. no food!didn;t weigh myself will later.

it is over i had a fit smoothie 60 calories i had 16 ounces of diet cranberry that is 20 calories and i also had an french vanilla hot chocolate. which was 140 . Done won't erigh tomorrow it will make no sens so i will see u tomorrow. good nite

i will treat myself every 5 lbs lost and fast for 45 days left i will lose 20lbs by then when i mean treat i mean a solid food 100 calorie snaack or fruitcup. so far today nothing. i have to go shopping i never hungry when i shop. see u later.

i bought a whol bunch of snacks yesterday like 100 calorie snacks and sugar free applesauce . well any way The deadline for your goal is 37 days (5 weeks, 2 days) away.

To meet your goal you need to lose about 4.5 lb per week. That what fitday said so i need to fast for the next five days i will treat myself one 100 calories snack or a yogurt every 4 lbs i lose. in five days of fasting i can lose up to like 7lbs. we will see today all day diet cranberry juice 5 calories every 8 ounces and water water and water.I have to lose the weight i am tired of being fat. it is getting hot outside and and i need to get there by june 1st i will. I mean i know how i look when i small ad i love it fucking love it. Even when you wear a fucked up old t-shirt you look hot and everyone goes out to buys it. but when yo are fat you look fat and dirty.I am gong to ramble becuase there is no where else to do it. i dropped 20lbs in month one time why is it hard now. On lunch time i will study and dinner tme i will study. my grades will get better and i will get thinner. Evillaundry is my thinspiration she is so strong and looks hot. I will be there.Very soon. good bye tomorrow i will post i will not fail.

i want to fast til satday i have to make up the rest of the week i am still dwon 10 lbs and nothing else so today i will only drink propel water. I has 25 calories a bottle but i can't drink regular water so sunday i wil release my weight loos results. My boyfriend birthday is the 19th . if i go any where i will have half of whatever i order maybe the best bet is fish and spinach or a fish and salad. i will have to eat like i normal because his mother thinks i have an eating disorder so i will eat regular. well half then ask them to wrap it up for later.i don't know until then i have to fast. to be where i want to be by june 1st. i have 6 weeks to lose 25 lbs acheiveable?
